Good quality, quick delivery
I ordered the Lavender Soap and a Sisal Soap Bag. Both arrived quickly, took about 4 days to reach my address in New York. The soap lathered nicely and didn't irritate my sensitive skin at all. The bag was practical.
Solid products, minor issue
I purchased a couple of Shampoo Bars and the Rose Geranium Soap. Delivery was fairly quick, got here in about a week. The shampoo bars worked well, left my hair feeling clean without drying it out. The Rose Geranium Soap smells great and feels gentle. My only small gripe was the packaging for the individual soaps; while plastic-free, it felt a little basic, almost like just a paper wrapper. Not a big deal, but could be improved for a slightly more premium feel.
Consistently good products
This was my third order from The Good Soap, and they've been consistent every time. I mostly stick to their Tea Tree Soap and the Conditioner Bars. This time I also added a Facial Cleansing Bar. The tea tree soap still helps my skin without drying it out, and the conditioner bars last a long time, much longer than bottled conditioners.
